Waterdrops Express Car Wash at 469 North 11th Avenue, Hanford, California.

Scratches all over my car!!! Spoke to manager and he shrugged it off and said they aren't liable. I explained that the equipment was too dirty and that is why there was a large "splat" of something on my windshield after driving through. He thanked me for letting him know and said "newer" cars with good paint jobs shouldn't use drive-thru car wash. I've used the one in front of Lowe's in Hanford and NEVER had a problem. So much for the Waterdrops promise of clean equipment. I had to go out and buy $30 worth of compound and was to get rid of the damage they caused. Hopefully it will work or it's $350. Or to get it professionally fixed. I will never go there again and warned my family, who also use Waterdrops.
